Dream diary update. Had a lot of sex dreams this weekend. Seems my testosterone is way up since I started dieting again with light exercise 2 weeks ago. Took steps to try to deal with it yesterday unsuccessfully. I guess it figures I couldn't get rid of them now since September is the month with the highest male sperm counts and sex drives in the circadian cycle.
Ive also been dreaming about cats and angels. This Jackie Evancho music from her PBS/Great Performances concert replays just follows me into my sleep. After listening to it again last night I've been dreaming about "Dark Waltz" and dropping off to sleep all morning. I dreamed about it again just now after having a big breakfast nap.
